What types of products do you offer?

We provide a wide range of fresh and frozen Halal meat products, including lamb and chicken doner kebabs, lamb shish, chicken shish, lamb shoulder, kofte, chicken wings, and more.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Greater London in our own refrigerated vehicles, Monday to Friday. See all the London boroughs we deliver to. Outside Greater London? Call us on 07889 030408 for a delivery quote.

What is the minimum order value for delivery?

The minimum order value is £300 for free delivery. If your order is below £300, a £50 delivery charge will apply.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order through our website, by phone at 07889 030408, or via email at info@atlasdoner.co. Orders must be placed by the end of the day for next-day delivery.

What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

We require customers to inspect their orders at the time of delivery. Once the delivery is accepted, we cannot take responsibility for any issues. If you have concerns, please contact us immediately.

Are your products Halal-certified?

Yes, all our products are Halal-certified and produced under rigorous food safety measures, including a fully implemented HACCP system.

What's the difference between your doner varieties?

We supply seven Halal doner varieties, each with its own flavour profile — from Can Doner (our balanced, everyday option) to King Doner (a bolder, premium blend) and German Doner (a European-inspired spice mix). See our Doner range page for a full comparison.

Is chicken doner available as an organic option?

Yes — alongside our standard Chicken Doner, we supply Organic Chicken Doner: 100% organic, Halal-certified chicken with the same balanced seasoning.

Do you supply fresh or frozen doner?

Both. Let us know your preference when ordering and we'll confirm availability for your pack size.

What pack sizes do you offer, and can I mix sizes in one order?
Our doner range comes in 10kg, 15kg, 20kg and 25kg packs. Yes — you can mix sizes and varieties within a single order.
Can I set up a recurring or repeat order?
Yes — get in touch and we'll set up a repeat order schedule that matches your kitchen's usage.
Do you offer trade accounts or credit terms for regular customers?
